**Job description**

Generally, the role of a Company Secretary Finalist and CS Articles may cover many aspects of laws relating to Companies, including evaluating changes in law and practice, informing clients, implementing the same, controlling all compliances and in the process drafting various resolutions, minutes and agreements, filling various forms and returns, preparing submissions or representation before authorities, raising timely and accurate bills, collecting fees, and providing reports and information to the management

The incumbent must have following attributes
- 1. Commerce Post Graduates or Graduates AND Passed CS Intermediate Exams OR Passed all or any of Final Groups of CS Exams

2. knowledge of the various laws like Companies Act, SEBI LODR, SEBI ICDR, IBC etc.

3. Good command on written and confident English speaking

4. Good Drafting Skills.

5. Command on computers including Microsoft/Open Office (especially Excel)

6. Ability to work as a part of Team ,assume responsibility and accountability, control and report on the flow of activities and exceptions, control expenses.

**Preferences**:

- Passed all or any of Final Groups of CS Examination
- Salary: max 15,000 per month + Conveyance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
