**Job Title: Service Engineer - Chemical Sales & Marketing Division**

**Location**: Ahmedabad & North Gujarat
**Reporting To**: Head - Chemical Sales & Marketing Division

**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and technical understanding of chemical/engineering products.
- Provide effective after-sales service and technical support to clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and ensure product performance.
- Perform water analysis and interpret results for client recommendations.
- Generate detailed technical after sales service reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle back-office tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Travel extensively across Ahmedabad and North Gujarat as part of after sales service activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Use basic computer tools for reporting, communication, and data management.

**Education**: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Skills**: Pleasant Personality, Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills

**Experience**: 1-3 years in chemical/technical product sales-service

**Computer Proficiency**:Basic knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools

**Salary**:Based on technical competence and aligned with industry standards.

**Other**:Valid driving license; willingness to travel extensively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,057.18 - ₹32,859.77 per month
