**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Control**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment and control systems throughout the ethanol production process, including fermentation, distillation, and dehydration stages.
- Perform equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and routine operational adjustments to maintain optimal production levels.
- **Process Monitoring & Quality Assurance**:

- Continuously monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, etc.) to ensure consistency with production specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks and sample testing of ethanol products to verify adherence to industry and company standards.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent operational downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly, coordinating with the maintenance team when necessary.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all company safety protocols, operating procedures, and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in regular safety drills, training sessions, and audits.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and any incidents or anomalies.
- Prepare and submit daily production and maintenance reports as required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively regarding process improvements, operational challenges, and safety concerns.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification or associate degree in process technology, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in ethanol production or similar process operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
