**Job description - URGENT HIRING**

**Responsibilities**
- Bank Reconciliation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Bookkeeping
- Financial Analysis
- Client Payroll
- **USA Client Handling, Meetings, Client Calls**:

- Sales Tax Return
- Taxation
- Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
- Maintain Daily Progress Report
- Manage the overall coordination, administration

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Excellent Communication Skills (Must)**
- Should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience
- Having experience in **Outsourced Accounting processes **will be preferred
- MS Office & ERP Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Process Writing.
- Good Written/Verbal Communication & Interpersonal skills
- The individual should be flexible in working.

**Rotational Shift / Evening 7pm to 12 pm work Availability Must**

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
