- Taking Briefs for issues related to Quality Concerns.
- Analyzing Escalation cases and burning issues related to quality
- Making Reports from Analysis of evaluation done and Highlighting Concerns to respective departments to increase Quality Percentage.
- Evaluating calls on daily basis & giving regular feedbacks.
- Co-ordination with the Training team to stabilize Quality process.
