**Job Title - Civil - Site Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising Construction Activities**: Ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and permits.
- **Coordinating Resources**: Managing labor, materials, and equipment to avoid delays and optimize efficiency.
- **Enforcing Safety Regulations**: Implementing and maintaining safety procedures, conducting inspections, and addressing potential hazards.
- **Managing and Resolving Issues**: Identifying and addressing any conflicts or problems that arise on-site.
- **Maintaining Documentation**: Keeping accurate records of progress, costs, quality control, and safety inspections.
- **Communicating with Stakeholders**: Liaising with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Essential Skills:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- **Leadership and Management**: Ability to direct and motivate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication with various stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues on-site.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage resources, schedules, and documentation effectively.
- **Safety Awareness**: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and ability to implement and enforce them.
- **Ability to Read Blueprints**: Understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts among different parties on-site.

Typical Qualifications:

- **Education**: A degree in civil engineering or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction is essential.

**Knowledge and experience in Auto Cad preferred**
- **Certifications**: Depending on the location and project requirements, specific certifications related to safety or project management may be necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
