The SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing expert solutions and support for issues related to the SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) module. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate management processes within the SAP environment, proficiency in using ticket tracking systems, knowledge of invoice accounting, and experience with master data creation and Salesforce.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide expert-level support for the SAP RE-FX module, including handling master data maintenance and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex user issues in a timely and efficient manner using a ticket tracking system.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration with the SAP FI module.
- Manage and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on invoice accounting processes within the SAP RE-FX module.
- Create and maintain master data, including customer and contract creation.
- Leverage experience with Salesforce to integrate and manage data across platforms.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
