We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing and engaging content that effectively communicates our brand message to our target audience. You will be responsible for designing graphics, creating animations, editing videos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our marketing campaigns to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets, including but not limited to, social media graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, print materials, and more.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all designs.
Translate marketing and communication objectives into visually captivating designs.
Stay updated with design trends and continuously seek to enhance design quality.

**Video Editing**:Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional-grade videos for various platforms such as social media, websites, and presentations.
Add animations, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance the visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video project requirements and deliver on creative concepts.
Maintain and organize a library of video assets for easy access and reuse.

**Creative Collaboration**:Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with marketing campaigns.
Provide creative input during project planning and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.

**Technical Proficiency**:Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visually appealing graphics.
Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit and enhance video content.

**Quality Control**:Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all design and video assets produced.
Review and approve final drafts before distribution to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and video editing.
