**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver technical support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to software products in a professional and timely manner.

Actively listen to customer complaints, empathize with their concerns, and take appropriate action to effectively resolve issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to urgently and accurately troubleshoot and resolve reported problems, while escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when needed.

Provide a positive, personalized experience for customers, promoting loyalty and retention while maintaining product ratings and encouraging client referrals.

Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices to offer knowledgeable assistance and support to clients.

Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work effectively both as a team player and as an individual contributor.

Communicate customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to product improvements.

Help improve customer support processes and procedures by sharing insights and suggestions.

**Educational Requirements**
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience.

**Experience Requirements**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain technical information to non-technical clients.
- Strong sense of accountability for assigned tasks and a commitment to seeing them through to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.

**Additional Requirements**
- Highly detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Keen Interest in, or experience with, software products or technology-related customer support.
- Previous experience in customer service, basic technical troubleshooting, logistics software, help desk, CRM tools or similar client-facing roles is an added advantage
