**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in client servicing with international client handling experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients
- Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to fulfill client requirements
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle queries, provide updates, and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-up with clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and reports

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Kolkata
- Prior experience in client servicing with international clients is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, or client servicing platforms is preferred
