**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the **rubber molding production line** during the assigned shift.
- Ensure **shift targets** (production quantity, quality, and time) are met.
- Allocate and monitor **manpower, material, and machines** efficiently.
- Troubleshoot basic **machine/molding issues** and escalate if needed.
- Ensure **mold changes, cycle time adherence**, and mínimal downtime.
- Maintain proper **production records, shift reports, and rejection logs**.
- Coordinate with **Quality and Maintenance** departments during the shift.
- Implement and maintain **5S, safety practices**, and **discipline on the shop floor**.
- Train and guide operators, helpers, and new joiners in proper molding procedures.
- Ensure **compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and process control parameters**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech** - Mechanical / Polymer / Rubber Technology preferred.
- 2-6 years’ experience as **Production Supervisor/Shift In-charge** in **rubber molded parts manufacturing**.
- Strong knowledge of **compression / injection molding machines**.
- Ability to handle a team of **operators and contract labor** effectively.
- Willing to work in **rotational shifts**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **automotive rubber parts manufacturing**.
- Understanding of **machine settings, basic maintenance**, and **process improvements**.
- Familiar with **production documentation and ERP systems**.
