**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- 1. Graphic Design:_
- Create stunning visuals for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, banners, and presentations.
- Develop brand-specific graphics for various marketing campaigns.
- Design product mockups, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- 2. Video Editing:_
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertisements, and internal use.
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure videos meet brand standards and objectives.
- Implement sound, music, and visual effects to enhance the quality and impact of videos.
- 3. Tool Mastery:_
- Use design and editing software like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva to bring creative concepts to life.
- Stay updated with design trends, video editing techniques, and AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- 4. Project Management:_
- Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Expertise in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of AI tools for design and content creation (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and video storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of work

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
