Role & responsibilities
- 4-5 years experience as kindergarten teacher:

- NTT, OR ETT:

- Academic and activity coordination of KG and Junior Wing of the school
- Learning & Development of Students - Academically & Overall
- Leading & Mentoring Staff

Responsible for Syllabus Content - Text Books & Smart Classes

Activity Based & Modern Learning Methods
- Parents Relationship
- Child Psychology and Child Development
- Kindergarten exposure is must
- Work collaboratively with Lower Kindergarten (LKG) & Upper Kindergarten (UKG) to improve student learning through improving teacher learning and

practices.
- Demonstrate effective teaching methods in the Early Years environment.
- Liaise with other team coordinators to ensure continuity and progression.
- Support and mentor new teachers and learning assistants.
- Provide professional learning feedback for teachers and learning assistants.
- Work with the senior teachers and management in

leading the review of the curriculum.
- Keep up to date with best practices in the Early Years by attending relevant training, reading appropriate literature and research, and networking with

other coordinators.

Education

B.Ed in Education, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, M.A in Any Specialization, M.Com in Any Specialization

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
