Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair issues with mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, charging ports, and water damage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, including operating system issues and app malfunctions.
- Handle device unlocking, firmware updates, and data recovery.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in phone repair or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of various smartphone brands (Apple, Samsung, etc.).
- Ability to work with small electronic components and tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in mobile phone repair (optional but a plus).
- Experience with soldering and micro-soldering.
- Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
