We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Power BI Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Power BI Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals and organizations looking to enhance their Power BI skills and knowledge. Your expertise in Power BI and your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner will be crucial to the success of our training programs.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct Power BI training sessions for individuals and groups, both in-person and online.

Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies, to meet the specific needs of clients.

Assess the skill level and training requirements of participants and tailor training content accordingly.

Provide hands-on guidance and support to participants during training sessions to ensure effective learning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies to incorporate into training materials.

Offer one-on-one coaching and mentoring to participants as needed.

Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of participants and provide feedback for improvement.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and how Power BI can support their data analysis and reporting needs.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and any relevant documentation.

Continuously improve training content and methods based on participant feedback and industry trends.

Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote training services and generate new business opportunities.

Manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks related to training sessions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Power BI Trainer or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, data visualization, and report development.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Experience in creating and customizing training materials and curriculum.

Ability to work independently and manage training sessions effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with participants.

Flexibility to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and skill levels.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Relevant Power BI certifications are a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 3 days

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,200.00 per hour
