**Job Title**: Dispatcher - US Logistics
**Location**: Mohali
**Shift**: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week
**Salary**:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000
- Experienced: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

**Incentives**: Performance-based bonuses

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch loads to drivers efficiently across the US territory
- Monitor driver locations and load statuses
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and shippers
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch details and documentation
- Resolve on-road issues such as delays, breakdowns, and rerouting
- Use TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and load boards like DAT, Truckstop, etc.
- Track and update delivery timelines
- Build strong broker/carrier relationships for repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and drivers

**Requirements**:
**For Freshers**:

- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
- Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation is a plus
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- 1-3+ years of dispatch experience in US trucking/logistics
- Familiarity with dispatch tools and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop, Macropoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of equipment types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed) and US geography
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously
