We are seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Dehradun. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through chat and voice processes. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat and voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Work in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer-centric approach and ability to work under pressure
