**Social Media Executive**

We're seeking a talented Social Media Executive to join Brilworks. Your main tasks will include creating and executing social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You'll also manage content creation, schedules, and track performance metrics to meet our marketing goals. Alongside, you'll handle responses, monitor brand mentions, and engage with our online community positively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute social media marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, boost website traffic, and attract potential customers.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, algorithms, and effective techniques to maximise the performance of content.
- Develop, Manage and update our social media channels including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, etc., ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and creating content as reels and memes.
- Research topics to make sure our content is accurate and relevant.
- Work with designers, marketers, and others to create and share content.
- Look at how well our content is doing and make changes if needed.
- Keep track of when we post things, create designs, write catchy captions and Hashtags.
- Keep an eye on what other companies are doing.
- Answer questions and comments from people online.
- Use tools to see what people are saying about our brand online
- Keep track of how well our content is doing and make changes if needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in managing social media.
- Know how to use all the big social media sites.
- Good at writing and making content that people like.
- Have experience managing online communities and answering messages.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
