**Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design (Web & App)**
- Conduct **user research and behavior analysis** to improve navigation, user experience, and engagement.
- Develop **wireframes, prototypes, and mockups** for digital platforms.
- Optimize **product pages, checkout flows, and navigation** to enhance conversions.
- Collaborate with **developers and marketing teams** to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Conduct **A/B testing and usability testing** to refine user experiences.

**Graphic Design (Branding & Marketing)**
- Design **marketing materials**, including **ads, promotional creatives, and campaign visuals.**:

- Develop **brand identity assets**, including typography, color schemes, and product packaging designs.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to maintain **visual consistency** across all platforms.
- Ensure that designs are optimized for **both digital and print media**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch** (for UI/UX design).
- Expertise in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva** (for graphic design).
- Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping**.
- Understanding of **e-commerce UX/UI best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).**:

- Basic knowledge of **HTML & CSS** is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
