As a Field Sales Executive for Estre Global private Limited, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our furniture products to residential customers within your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of our furniture product lines, including features, benefits, and specifications, to effectively communicate with customers.

**Quoting and Pricing**:Provide accurate and competitive price quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.

**Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive company reputation.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress for performance analysis and reporting.

**Goal Achievement**: Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

**Transportation**:Have access to reliable transportation to visit customer locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture products and design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
