**Job description**

We are hiring an **Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic sales team Your responsibilities will include generating leads, pitching IT hardware and networking solutions(**Network & Security**, **IP Telephony Solutions**, **Wireless Solutions, Routing and Switching**). coordinating with the team, following up with clients, and maintaining accurate data records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
- Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Handling objections and negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales tactics.

**Experience**: 0 to 3 years in IT sales or a similar role. Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Education**: Graduate in any stream (technical background preferred but not mandatory).

**Good to have Skills**:
IT Hardware and Networking Sales, It Services Sales, IT Product Knowledge, Sales Lead Generation, Excellent Communication Skills, Cold Calling, Excellent In MS Excel and CRM.
