1. Good experience as Tele sales Representative or similar customer service role

8. Proven record of meeting targets

9. Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software

10. Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits

11. Patient and friendly personality

13. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation skills

14. Good negotiation skills

15. Good objection handling skills

16. Creative ability & writing proficiency

17. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)

18. Freshers With very good communication skills and willing to make a career can also apply
