**Job Title: Data Entry Executive Location: Egmore, Chennai**.
Key Responsibilities **Accurately input and manage patient data, medical records, and other healthcare documentation into the company database.** Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. **Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the timely preparation of medical documents and records.** Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data protection and healthcare regulations. **Generate reports and summaries from data as required by the management or clinical teams.** Assist in the organization and retrieval of medical records for audits, quality checks, and compliance. **Identify discrepancies or issues with data and report them promptly to the relevant teams.** Provide administrative support for data-related tasks within the organization.
**Skills and Competencies** Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in data handling. **Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple records and documents effectively.** Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for efficient coordination with healthcare professionals. **Time Management: Capability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
