**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize ideas and execute creative shoots.
- Edit photos and videos using professional software to enhance their visual appeal.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling and branding across all content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative techniques in shoots.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Experience in creating both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube videos) content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills, particularly in social media content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills through visuals.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with drone videography and photography.
- Knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Background in lifestyle, product, or event photography/videography.
