Prepare and update study materials, notes, and question banks
- Develop and conduct tests, quizzes, and mock exams
- Stay updated with current affairs and integrate relevant topics into the curriculum
- Solve students’ doubts and provide individual mentorship when needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methodologies
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic planning
- Familiarity with the exam pattern and syllabus of NDA,UPSC etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Ability to create engaging PPTs, videos, and infographics
- Analytical mindset and student-friendly approach

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
