**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes, including promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, event coverage, and internal communication. Ensure the footage is visually engaging and adheres to brand guidelines.

**Equipment Management**: Oversee and maintain video production equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition. This includes cameras, lenses, lighting, audio recording gear, and any other necessary accessories.

**Storyboarding and Scripting**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the intended message of each video project.

**Location Scouting**: Identify suitable locations for video shoots that complement the narrative and creative vision. Arrange necessary permits and logistics for on-location filming.

**Video Editing**: Utilize video editing software to assemble raw footage into a polished, professional final product. Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and visual effects as needed.

**Post-Production**: Color correction, audio enhancement, and video stabilization to ensure the highest quality output.

**Content Optimization**: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve video quality and storytelling techniques.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet their objectives.

**Video Archives**: Organize and maintain a well-structured video library for easy access and retrieval of footage.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and usage rights for all video assets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of videography techniques, lighting, and sound principles to achieve high-quality results.
- Understanding of different video formats, codecs, and aspect ratios.
- Creativity and the ability to think visually to create engaging stories through video.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques as the field of videography evolves.
- Flexibility with work hours, as some projects may require working during evenings or weekends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,234.82 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
