**Part-Time Data Entry & Accounts Support Executive (On-site: Mandi Hills, New Delhi)**

**About 8MH Organic**

8MH Organic is a vacation rental company that manages boutique farmstays, villas, and unique hospitality properties across India. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **part-time accounts and data entry executive** to help maintain and verify our business records at our **Mandi Hills property** in South West Delhi.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Visit our Mandi Hills property once a week to check and verify **bills, vouchers, and physical receipts** submitted by the caretaker or property staff
- Cross-check and reconcile **weekly petty cash expenses**:

- Maintain and update **daily sales, booking, and revenue records** for our business
- Enter all financial transactions and expenses into **Google Sheets or Excel**:

- Assist in preparing **monthly summaries and data reports** for internal accounts review
- Digitize and organize scanned copies of bills, receipts, and vendor invoices
- Maintain basic **inventory logs** for supplies and consumables at the property
- Coordinate with the central operations and finance team for data alignment and clarifications
- Maintain customer data into organised formats for the business

**Requirements**:

- Must be located **near or within easy access to Mandi Hills, New Delhi** (weekly on-site visit is mandatory)
- Familiar with **MS Excel or Google Sheets** for data entry and reporting
- Prior experience with basic accounting, petty cash, or recordkeeping preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Must own a smartphone for scanning and communication purposes

**Job Type & Work Details**
- **Part-time role** (Approx. 10-15 hours per week)
- On-site visit to Mandi Hills property once a week (schedule can be discussed)
- Rest of the work can be completed remotely
- Suitable for students, freelancers, or part-time job seekers

**Compensation**
- **Monthly stipend** based on experience and availability
- Potential for long-term engagement based on performance and reliability
