**Primary Roles & Accountabilities**
- Handling the core marketing BTL activity of the assigned Area.

Lead Generation Only and Not target for this requirement

Going to the field for solar work requirement
- People should understand the sola

r industry's requirements.
- Handling New Product Launches with the help of Display, POSM like banners, Posters, Table Stands, etc.
- Adherence to the guidelines given by the unit Marketing Manager
- Effectively utilize the marketing elements allotted for the assigned territory.
- Help the sales team with the on-ground marketing elements execution.
- Tracking Brand Performance and Distribution of Brand Portfolio in the assigned territory
- Keep an eye on Competitors' new launches and schemes driven by them in the territory like LRB, and CSD.
- Data update and analysis for the unit.

**Work Experience**: 2- 5 years experience preferred in relevant industry - Solar Industry

**Post-Graduation**: Regular MBA with specialization in Sales and marketing or electronic engineering.
