**Position Title: Dental Receptionist**

**Job Summary**: As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting or contacting the dental office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive patient experience by managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the dentist's calendar.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage, updating records as necessary.
- Collect and process payments for services rendered, including co-pays and deductibles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records, both physical and electronic.
- Follow office protocols for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering office supplies or managing inventory.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferrable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have good command in Telugu, English ( and Hindi preferrable).
- Proficiency with computer software, including scheduling and billing systems.
- Should be able to operate Microsoft Office whenever required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Friendly and professional demeanor, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
