**Position**: Finance Executive

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
**Experience**:Minimum 3-4 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Cost Management & Optimization**:

- Analyze production costs, overheads, and pricing strategies to ensure

profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for savings in the

manufacturing process.

**2. Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models tailored to manufacturing

operations.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.

**3. Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:

- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and working

capital.
- Monitor procurement costs and ensure financial alignment with production

schedules.

**4. Capital Expenditure Management**:

- Evaluate CAPEX proposals and monitor return on investment for new projects

and equipment.
- Ensure alignment of financial resources with strategic objectives.

**5. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and internal audits.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external

stakeholders.

**6. Operational Finance Support**:

- Work closely with plant managers and operational teams to track financial

performance at production sites.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective

actions.

**7. Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to operations, investments, and

market conditions.
- Develop strategies to safeguard the company’s financial health.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in financial software (SAP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and inventory management.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
