Develop and achieve or exceed the sales target as defined in the business plan.
- Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.
- Provide necessary inputs on market potential and product requirements to management for developing sales strategies.
- Ensure product penetration and timely replenishment in operating markets.
- To do market research on new product opportunities in various markets.
- Assist the team in market research to gather detailed and in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences.
- Conduct meeting with ASM, SA, VSM and SSA as and when required so as to analyse the market issues, target achievement status and overall improvement of the business.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
