**Position**: Sales Executive
**Location**: Kolkata, West Bengal
**Company**: Dugar Honda - Authorized Honda 2-Wheeler Dealership

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right Honda 2-wheeler as per their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, and financing options.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, test rides, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on the latest Honda models, offers, and industry trends.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to assist customers with loan and insurance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass** (Graduation preferred).
- **1-3 years** of experience in automobile sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
