**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Design & Development** - Design and develop training materials, including slides, hands-on labs, exercises, and assessments for AI and Machine Learning topics.
- **Training Delivery** - Deliver high-quality, engaging AI-ML training sessions to a wide range of audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
- **Learner Support & Engagement** - Mentor and guide learners, answering questions and providing additional support where necessary.
- **Custom Training Solutions** - Work closely with internal teams to design customized training programs based on their specific needs and objectives.

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI-ML development, including hands-on work with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI systems.
- Certifications in AI-ML technologies or related areas (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, etc.) is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of core AI-ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for the audience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with instructional design and developing training materials.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Comfortable in Traveling

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
