Google Ads Executive

**Role Overview**:In this position, you’ll work alongside a senior specialist, handling the day-to-day management and optimization of various Google Ads campaigns. You’ll be hands-on with search, pmax, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns for diverse brands. By diving into the data and understanding each client’s unique business model, you’ll help translate marketing goals into measurable performance improvements.**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Execution & Management**: Set up and refine Google Ads campaigns (including search, display, PMax, YouTube and shopping) to align with clients’ goals.
- **Daily Optimization**: Track performance metrics closely (such as ROAS, conversions, and CPA) and adjust bids, keywords, and ad creative to boost campaign results.
- **Business-Focused Analysis**: Understand each client’s eCommerce model and market positioning to inform keyword research, audience targeting, and strategic decision-making.
- **Reporting & Accountability**: Prepare clear and insightful weekly and monthly performance reports, and maintain a daily summary of tasks for internal review.
- **Platform Expansion**: Over time, explore and support campaigns on additional PPC channels like Bing, and Facebook—expanding your digital marketing skill set.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Assist in creating PPC audit reports, contribute fresh ideas for optimization, and participate actively in learning sessions offered by the company.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Hands-On Experience**: 6-12 months working with Google Ads campaigns, with a Google Ads certification preferred.
- **Language & Communication**: Fluent English skills (spoken and written), enabling confident communication with international clients.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Comfortable with basic analytics, goal setup, keyword research, and common tools like Google sheets, docs and slides.
- **Analytical Mindset**: A knack for interpreting campaign data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions to enhance campaign performance.
