Staff Nurse

**1. Patient Care**
- Provide direct nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient symptoms.
- Assist with daily activities like hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
**2. Medication Administration**
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Observe for any side effects or reactions.
- Maintain accurate medication records.
**3. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the physician or nurse-in-charge.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
**4. Assisting Physicians and Medical Procedures**
- Prepare patients and assist doctors during examinations or procedures.
- Carry out diagnostic tests and interpret basic results (e.g., blood sugar, ECG).
**5. Infection Control and Hygiene**
- Maintain cleanliness and a sterile environment.
- Follow protocols to prevent infection transmission (e.g., hand hygiene, PPE use).
**6. Patient Education and Support**
- Educate patients and their families about the illness, medications, post-discharge care.
- Offer emotional support to patients and relatives.
**7. Emergency Response**
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies (e.g., CPR, trauma cases).
- Be familiar with emergency codes and protocols.
**8. Coordination and Communication**
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments (e.g., labs, radiology).
**9. Administrative Tasks**
- Participate in ward management and resource maintenance.
- Follow institutional policies, rules, and safety guidelines.
**10. Continuing Education and Professional Development**
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and maintain licensure.
- Stay updated on medical advancements and nursing practices.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
