**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Network Infrastructure Management**:

- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- **System Security**:

- Implement and enforce network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security threats, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and upgrades.
- Prepare reports on network performance and security audits.
- **Collaboration & Training**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions.
- Train team members on network best practices and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 5-7 years in network administration or related roles.
- **Certifications**: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar certifications preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and security practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based networks and virtualization technologies is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (required)
- LAN: 3 years (preferred)
- WAN: 3 years (preferred)
