**Sales Development**:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients in the electrical industry, particularly focusing on **switchgear**, **LV & MV systems**, **panels**, and related products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the electrical and industrial sectors.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive sales strategies and continuous market analysis.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the **electrical** sector.
- Develop and maintain promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and product presentations.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry developments in **switchgear**, **panels**, and **electrical systems**.
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on their specific needs.
- Coordinate with the product development team to ensure product offerings meet customer expectations.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track sales activity, and follow up with clients regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering support throughout the sales process.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and new opportunities in the market.
