**Procurement Executive**

**Qualification: BE-Civil Engineering**

**Experience: 2-5 Yrs in real estate, construction**

**Skills**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for construction materials, MEP items, interior
- finishes, and other project-related items.
- Request quotations, compare proposals, and negotiate terms to achieve the best value.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery in accordance with project
- requirements.
- Monitor and track material delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, pricing history, and supplier
- databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project, planning, and inventory teams to ensure procurement aligns
- with demand.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and alternative suppliers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and
- procedures.
