_A small scale, food products manufacturing, company requires three young and ambitious Sales Officers to build and expand a proficient distribution channel and accordingly boost and maximize the sales revenues for the company in return. More specifically, under the guidance of higher leadership, they would be responsible for: -_
- 1)_ _Product development and improvement, quality inspection, and price recommendation._
- 2)_ _Finding the competent distributors, building distribution channel, negotiating terms and agreement, coordinating between the company and distribution partners, evaluating their performance, and resolving disputes and disagreements thereof._
- 3)_ _Developing assertive sales strategies, driving monthly sales in partnership with distribution partners, and fostering brand promotion._
- 4)_ _Facilitating prompt cashflow from sales, monitoring and managing accounts receivables, and tackling bad debts._
- 5)_ _Conducting market research, forecasting the demand, discovering market review of products, getting consumer feedback, and enabling market competition._
- The remuneration with the above job will be totally based on performance, and accordingly may go beyond the specified range._

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
