**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Account Executive**who is passionate about climate solutions and enterprise transformation. This role is perfect for a driven individual contributor ready to take ownership of the sales function in key markets. You’ll play a critical role in building strong client relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and translating ESG challenges into Breathe ESG solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop ESG Expertise**:Build deep knowledge of ESG frameworks to effectively communicate product value and guide client conversations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across sectors.
- **Opportunity Identification**:Identify, qualify, and report new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- **Brand Representation**:Represent Breathe ESG at industry events, conferences, and regional networking forums.
- **Contract Negotiation**:Lead deal structuring and contract negotiation to close partnerships aligned with company goals.
- **Client Onboarding**:Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers and guide them through ESG solution adoption.
- **Feedback Loop**:Collect structured customer feedback and collaborate with product teams for feature improvement and development.
- **Travel**:Willingness to travel domestically up to 60% of the time for client meetings and events.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product, and success teams to shape effective GTM strategies.
- **Industry Intelligence**:Stay ahead of sustainability trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor moves.
- **3-5 Years of Relevant Sales Experience**:Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in sustainability, ESG, SaaS, or compliance-driven industries.
- **Strong Communicator**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain ESG concepts to diverse audiences.
- **Track Record of Success**:History of closing deals and exceeding targets in enterprise or mid-market environments.
- **Customer-First Mindset**:Highly empathetic and focused on delivering real value to clients.
- **Adaptable and Curious**:Comfortable with evolving markets and fast-paced environments; open to continuous learning.
- **Mobility**:Willing to travel frequently across regions to build client engagement and drive growth.
