Overall, a BRM resource should have a strong technical background combined with business acumen and good communication skills to effectively work with the Oracle BRM system. Some of the key skills that would be required for a BRM resource include:
1. Knowledge of Subscriptions and billing
2. In-depth understanding of Oracle BRM architecture and administration and be able to install, configure, and maintain the system.
3. Strong Linux and Programming and scripting language skills of C, Java, Perl, and Shell scripting.
4. Strong database management skills, including SQL query writing, data modeling, and performance tuning.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, developers, and management, to ensure successful BRM implementations and maintenance.
7. Expert knowledge of BRM modules of pricing and discounting, rating, invoicing.
