CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) - BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned portfolio.
- Drive acquisition and growth of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) deposits.
- Understand the financial needs of clients and provide customized banking solutions.
- Actively promote and cross-sell various banking and financial products to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the BFSI sector.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Strong background in managing and growing Current Account and Savings Account portfolios.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the BFSI sector.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Relevant certifications in banking and finance will be an added advantage
