**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create high-quality 3D models of characters, objects, and environments, adhering to artistic and technical specifications.
- **Texturing**: Develop visually appealing textures and materials that enhance the overall aesthetics of game assets.
- **Animation**: Bring characters and objects to life through captivating animations, including rigging and character animation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, programmers, and other artists, to ensure a cohesive and engaging game experience.
- **Optimization**: Implement optimization techniques to ensure assets are performance-friendly without compromising visual quality.
- **Problem-solving**: Address and resolve artistic and technical challenges to meet project goals and deadlines.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques into the production pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing modeling, texturing, and animation skills for games.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
- **Texturing Skills**: Experience with texture creation tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar.
- **Animation Expertise**: Solid understanding of character rigging and animation principles.
- **Game Development Platforms**: Practical experience with Unity and Unreal Engine is essential.
- **Collaborative Mindset**: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
- **Problem Solver**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- **Passion for Games**: A genuine passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the creation of memorable and immersive gaming experiences.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
