Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of the children in the classroom.
- Provide a prepared environment that encourages independent learning and exploration.
- Create and maintain a positive and respectful classroom community.
- Observe and document each child's progress and share this information with parents regularly.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to provide a comprehensive program that supports the whole child.
- Attend meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in Montessori education.

**Requirements**:

- Montessori certification from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching in a Montessori environment is preferred.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to the Montessori philosophy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in technology and relevant software.
