**Job Title**: Purchase Executive - Manufacturing
**Location**: Perundurai, Erode

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
**Schedule**: Day shift

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle purchase activities: vendor sourcing, development, negotiation, and inventory control
- Manage supply chain operations and procurement cost reduction
- Analyze data for procurement optimization
- Obtain price quotes, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders
- Track and maintain purchase order and invoice records
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery
- Prepare procurement documentation (POs, contracts)
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal standards
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth purchasing operations
- Verify accuracy of POs, invoices, and vendor agreements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/Supply Chain preferred)
- 4-5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in fabrication/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of fabrication materials (steel, fasteners, consumables)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects under tight deadlines
- Understanding of commercial terms (GST, payment terms, contracts)
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)

**Experience (preferred)**
- Fabrication: 3 years
- Manufacturing: 3 years
- Purchase: 2 years
