Qualitas Global Services is looking for a preferably female **Graphic & Web Designer** who thinks creatively, is detail-oriented, and is able to meet deadlines.

She will be responsible for designing a wide variety of articles, banners, designs etc. across digital and print media. She should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong creative skills with a very western mindset on designs and fonts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and designing the company’s Websites.
- Creating & designing western style company presentations and services brochures.
- Creating & designing Marketing Materials including company posts for Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Visualize and create designs for websites, logos, banners, and social media campaigns using software that portrays various colors, graphics, and effects to better convey each concept.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
- Ensure consistency of brand. Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Must have a good understanding of branding and design aesthetics.
- Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
- Excellent designing & color sense with regards to international audience.
- Ability to plan, design & implement new ideas graphically.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- Accuracy and attention to visual details.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

**Additional Skillsets**:

- Good knowledge WordPress will be an added advantage.
- Some knowledge of SEO.
- Ability to Blog and write short content.
- Someone who has visited Europe or US and understands western culture and taste would be appreciated.

Employment Type**:Full-time | Work from Office Only.**
