**Psychological Counsellor**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assessing patients and identifying their problems
- Undertaking psychometric testing and analysing reports
- Connecting with leads over calls to convert them into prospects
- Implementing individualized treatment programs
- Organizing a long-term counselling plan that involves multiple visits
- Offering both one-on-one and group counselling.
- Co-Creating and conducting wellness programs for various sectors

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in clinical/counselling psychology
- More than 3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Enlish, Hindi and Marathi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
