Responsible Investment

Manages the record keeping, reporting and providing analysis on responsible investing topics and operations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Proxy Voting Operations - Ensure accounts are correctly set-up for proxy voting at the firm, custodian banks, and third party vendors. Audit and reconcile existing setups to identify areas of focus for additional scrutiny. - Communicate daily with vendors, custodian banks, IT, internal business partners and internal clients to determine proper functioning of processes and to resolve operational issues in a timely manner. - Support Responsible Investing team in the submission of proxy votes and processing of external engagement requests, and identifying opportunities for the improvement in the efficiency and reliability of the group’s procedures and operations, including through automation and systemization. - Support the Legal and Compliance department in meeting regulatory requirements on proxy voting and reporting. - Support Responsible Investing team with running regular reporting and analytics across proxy voting and engagement. - Undertake ad-hoc company data collection and aggregation for priority engagement initiatives and other Responsible Investing team projects.
- Portfolio Impact Reporting - Collecting and reviewing annual impact reports for project-level impact data - Working with investment teams to ensure timely reporting by issuers, and following up with investment and issuers teams, as necessary, to ensure maximum coverage of impact reporting - Cleaning and normalizing data reported by issuers to ensure comparability and aggregation at the portfolio and strategy level - Creating data visualizations and charts, as necessary

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
