Oversee and manage nursing activities in the NICU, including patient care and administrative duties.
- Supervise and support NICU nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and maintain NICU equipment and ensure proper usage and functionality.
- Coordinate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive neonatal care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure the availability of required medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Provide education and support to families regarding neonatal conditions and care.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, leading the team as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
