The Nail Artist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional nail services and designs to clients. They are responsible for enhancing the appearance and health of clients' nails through manicures, pedicures, and nail art. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Provide hand and foot massages
- Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend proper care
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and tools
- Stay updated with current nail trends and techniques
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
- Upsell products and additional services
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
